Patric is an experienced jewelry executive and entrepreneur who is recognized by friends and industry associates as a gifted sales person. Over the past 37 years, Patric has sold jewelry as a manufacturer's representative to independent jewelers throughout the United States. He's recruited and managed a 40 person national sales force, and later managed a multi-million dollar business with the largest jewelry chain in the country. Patric has also gained international manufacturing and marketing experience, which has enabled him to develop long-standing relationships with the best suppliers in the jewelry industry.
In 1996, Patric returned to the family business and partnered with his daughter, Brittany Adair. Together, they continued the Brosh Family Tradition, adding a second store in Fayetteville. Patric's vision is to bring the most brilliant, elegant designs to Northwest Arkansas with exclusive lines that one would expect to find only in elite, metropolitan areas.
Brosh attended college at the University of Arkansas, receving a BSBA in Marketing in 1970. He married Terrye Schultz, his college sweetheart, and resides in Bella Vista and Fayetteville. He loves horses, boating, and spending quality time with friends and family. His three adult children live in Northwest Arkansas and all are UA Alumni.
Brittany is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Small Business Management. She is the third-generation in her family to work in the jewelry business. Brittany began her career in the industry in 1996 in Miami, Florida working for Peter Luria. She then spent two years working for jewelry manufacturer Egana of Switzerland in Dallas, Texas, assisting with product development, account management, and sales. Brittany became a co-owner of Romance Diamond Co. Jewelers in 2003.
Brittany and her husband Steve have two children. She finds it very rewarding to work with her family on a daily basis and watching their business grow.
Brendon has been working in the jewelry industry for 10 years. He began his career while in high school as an apprentice. He then pursued multiple degrees from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California. This experience has given him a vast knowledge in all aspects of jewelry design and manufacturing. The focus of his work at Romance Diamond Co. is custom design, repair and appraisals. Brendon's responsibilities also include sales and repair of our fine swiss watches.
Mary graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2009 with a Communication degree. She has been with Romance Diamond Co. since 2009 and has grown to love the jewelry industry. Mary enjoys developing relationships with customers – giving them a personal shopping experience. Being a bridal consultant, she also enjoys guiding her customers in finding the perfect engagement ring.
