About the Romance Diamond Co. Jewelers Team

Patric Brosh- Founder & Co-owner

Patric Brosh’s journey in the jewelry industry began at an astonishingly young age—selling his first diamond at just 12 years old. Growing up in a family steeped in the jewelry business, Patric’s passion for gems and craftsmanship was nurtured early on at Brosh Long Jewelers, established in 1944 by his father, Charles Brosh and Phillip Long.

During high school and college years, Patric honed his skills working in the family store, gaining invaluable experience that would shape his future. From 1966 to 1970, Patric attended the University of Arkansas. During his summers he traveled alongside his father, who was then Vice President of LoveBright Diamond Co., visiting independent jewelers and deepening his knowledge of the trade.

In January 1971, Patric joined Town and Country Jewelry Manufacturing Co., embarking on a 29-year career in sales and marketing. He quickly made his mark, initially serving independent jewelers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi for five years before being promoted to Mid-West Sales Manager for four years. His ascent continued as he took on the role of National Sales Manager, overseeing the Town and Country Jewelry and Star of Africa Diamond sales teams for seven years. Eventually, he became Vice President of Special Accounts, managing key accounts with Walmart Stores and Sam’s Club for 13 years.

In 1996, while still at Town and Country, Patric founded Romance Diamond Co. Jewelers, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. He retired from Town and Country in 2000 and later consolidated his family’s businesses, closing Brosh Long Jewelers in 2004 ending 60 years in business in Newport, Arkansas.

Now, as Co-Owner of the Brosh family legacy alongside his daughter Brittany Brosh Adair, Patric proudly continues the tradition that has flourished for 80 years in Arkansas. His extensive experience and dedication to the craft not only honor his family’s heritage but also pave the way for future generations in the jewelry industry.

Brittany Brosh Adair – Co-Owner

Brittany Adair is the co-owner and creative heartbeat of our Fayetteville jewelry store. With a natural eye for design and a deep appreciation for the personal stories behind every piece, Brittany brings both style and soul to the jewelry experience.

An Arkansas native, Brittany has always been drawn to beauty in detail—whether it’s the intricate lines of an elegant setting or the sparkle of a well-cut stone. Her journey into fine jewelry began with a love for design and a desire to help people find pieces that truly reflect who they are. Today, she combines that passion with over 30 years of experience in customer care and creative direction in the jewelry industry.

Brittany’s approach is personal, collaborative, and refreshingly down-to-earth. She specializes in helping clients bring their vision to life—whether that means curating the perfect gift, crafting a custom piece from scratch, or reimagining an heirloom into something new and meaningful.

Beyond the showroom, Brittany is active in the Northwest Arkansas community and is especially passionate about supporting local makers, artists, and women-owned businesses. When she’s not creating or collaborating, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, chasing a moon rise, or spending time with her family.

For Brittany, jewelry is more than adornment—it’s a celebration of life’s connections, memories, and milestones.

Brendon Padilla- Jeweler & Gemologist Appraiser

Brendon Padilla has been an integral part of our team since 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the jewelry industry that spans back to 1998. A proud Graduate Jeweler Gemologist of the Gemological Institute of America, Brendon is not only a skilled jeweler but also a Certified Gemologist Appraiser through the American Gem Society.

Brendon’s passion for custom designs sets him apart. He thrives on transforming clients’ visions into exquisite, one-of-a-kind pieces that capture the essence of their individual styles. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every creation meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, making him a trusted partner in the jewelry-making process.

With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Brendon is dedicated to helping customers find the perfect piece, whether it’s a custom creation or a stunning addition to their collection. His commitment to excellence and personalized service makes him a valued member of our team.

Molly Salazar – Marketing Director

Molly Salazar serves as the Marketing Director at Romance Diamond Company, where her commitment to the Brosh family tradition shines through in every initiative. Since 2010, Molly has been dedicated to elevating the brand’s presence both online and offline, with a meticulous focus on intentional brand management.

With a robust background in marketing and brand development, Molly expertly crafts strategies that enhance visibility and foster connections with customers and partners alike. Her passion for community engagement drives her to actively participate in local philanthropy, where she collaborates with nonprofit organizations and champions causes that positively impact the neighborhoods we serve.

In addition to managing our social media accounts and hosting exclusive in-store events, Molly also takes pride in showcasing the store’s latest jewelry collections. Her enthusiasm for the art of jewelry curation and her genuine approach to service make her an invaluable asset to Romance Diamond Company.

Jeffrey Culotta- Sales Manager

Jeffrey Culotta joined our team in 2022, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the jewelry industry. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Louisiana State University, specializing in Jewelry and Metalsmithing, Jeffrey possesses a deep understanding of the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating beautiful pieces.

As a Registered Jeweler through the American Gem Society, he is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Jeffrey is passionate about sharing his knowledge with customers, ensuring they feel confident and informed in their jewelry choices.
